Sales manager

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for sales team results and "characters";
  
• Management of "daily" sales processes;
  
• Service quality improvement and control;
  
• Developing a sales strategy.

• Continuity and confirmation of completed and started work with the sales team;
  
• To create the motivation of the sales team when working in circumstances of different seasonality. Farming season. Hunting season;
