Nature of work
- Professional sale of services provided by the Company
- Planning of sales activities and implementation of the plan
- Cooperation with existing and new carriers by phone and e-mail. by mail and other means of communication
- Constant search for new carriers in order to expand the Company's carrier base
- Maintaining relations with existing carriers and providing them with high-quality and professional service
- Organization of cargo transportation
- Operational cooperation with colleagues, solving situations arising during cargo transportation
- Administration of carrier contracts, orders, invoices and payments.

- You have good organizational, communication and planning skills
- You are able to make decisions independently
- You are oriented towards the goal and the client
- You are thorough and attentive to details
- You are able to communicate in writing and verbally in Russian, English and Polish (a big advantage)
- You have strong cooperation and negotiation skills.
- You know and follow etiquette when communicating with clients, customers and visitors.
- You are open to various challenges and innovations
Requirements:
- Experience of sales manager(s) in logistics or carrier service specialist(s) - a must
- Secondary education (higher education is an advantage).
- Written and spoken Russian, English (Polish is an advantage)
