JOB DESCRIPTION:
The sales manager will be responsible for the promotion and development of frame sales in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. This position requires close cooperation with customers, frame manufacturers to ensure the highest level of satisfaction and long-term relationships.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- accurate market analysis, you will identify the main customers and sales opportunities in the markets of the three Baltic countries;
- development of a sales strategy and its implementation aimed at increasing the sales volume of frames;
- maintain and expand relations with existing clients and actively seek new clients;
- maintaining contact with suppliers, selecting eyeglass frames for new collections;
- organization of product presentations, conducting trainings and seminars for clients;
- providing regular reports on sales results, market trends and competition.
WE HOPE YOU:
- has at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the optical products market;
- you will pursue and implement sales goals;
- has excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- able to work independently and in a team;
- fluent communication in English in the professional field (written and spoken), knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
- have a category B driver's license and the ability to travel often.
