- follow tenders published on the CVP IS platform, participate in public procurement tenders, prepare materials for tenders, record necessary information in IT systems;
- create and maintain a relationship with clients, provide them with consultations and recommendations regarding the services provided by the company (contracting and maintenance works, materials, equipment rental, etc.);
- actively communicate with clients, find out their expectations, promptly respond to the client's needs, prepare commercial offers;
- constantly monitor and analyze the market, share relevant information with team members;
- to provide suggestions and recommendations for improving operations, to cooperate with the Sales team.
Desired competence:
- has obtained a university or higher education (preferably in the fields of management or construction engineering);
- has at least 1 year experience in the construction or service sales sector (experience in public procurement tenders is a big advantage)
- is able to create a relationship with the client based on cooperation and empathy - wants to understand his problems and find solutions to them;
- has an analytical mind, results-oriented, has excellent negotiation skills;
- is able to achieve goals together with the team, is communicative, cooperative and full of positivity;
- driver's license (cat. B) - an advantage.
