Nature of work

  • Effective organization of the sales process (in the livestock segment);
  • Sale of animal (cattle) feed, feed raw materials, feed supplements, veterinary medicines and other products to farmers and company farms;
  • Active visits to farms and consulting on animal welfare, health and treatment issues;
  • Consulting on animal nutrition and feeding issues (together with fellow feeding consultants);
  • Increasing the loyalty of existing customers and helping them solve their problems;
  • Search for new clients, communication and cooperation with them;
  • Preparation of commercial offers and conclusion of contracts;
  • Control of product balances;
  • Control of customer payments together with the debt administrator.

We hope you have:

  • Experience in active sales (in the field of AGRO - a big advantage!);
  • Higher veterinary education (veterinary doctor, animal husbandry technologist, veterinary pharmacist, etc.);
  • Activity, initiative, strong sense of responsibility;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills;
  • Positivity, perseverance, ability to work independently and goal orientation;
  • Ability to convey the values of the proposed product to the client;
  • Good computer skills;
  • category B driver's license;
  • Knowledge of English and Russian would be an advantage.

Salary

1650-3500 €/mon. gross
Salary directly depends on personal sales, execution of the sales plan and can be double or triple.
