IN THIS POSITION YOU:
- You will be the primary point of contact for new and existing B2C and B2B customers
- You will be responsible for customer inquiries by phone and e-mail. by post
- You will delve deeper and respond to the needs of each customer
- Represented the company by providing positive, trustworthy, customer-focused customer service
- I worked closely with my colleagues to ensure a smooth sales process
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral and written)
- 1-2 years sales experience, preferably with international sales in the US, UK markets
- Flexibility to adapt to the US time zone
- Willingness to work with technical products, ability to quickly understand technical specifications
- Willingness and ability to work evenings considered
- Customer orientation and building business relationships
- Proactivity and independence
Salary
