A strong team is the basis of success. We are currently looking for a sales manager to join our dynamic and professional team!

We are an international multi-channel retail group that manages a network of 94 owned and franchised stores and 6 e-stores in the Baltic States. Therefore, with our activities, we aim to make a significant change and maintain leadership by providing services to our customers, partners, and the community.

About the position:

active sales development for existing and new customers in the B2B and B2C sector;
submission of commercial proposals, negotiations and drafting of contracts;
control of contractual obligations;
analysis of performance indicators.

About you:

active sales and customer service experience;
higher or higher education (can be a final year student);
knowledge of the range of construction products (advantage);
drive, good communication skills and strong result orientation.

Salary

1205-1402 €/mon. gross
Salary is negotiable depending on the candidate's work experience and expectations.
A fixed part of the salary and a variable part, which depends on the achieved sales results, are paid.
