maintaining relations with regular customers and finding new customers;
to look for solutions for obtaining credit or other financial solutions;
prepare, conclude drafts of advance/reservation contracts and submit them to buyers;
participate in the conclusion of sales transactions at the notary office;
constantly monitor and analyze the real estate market.
Employee requirements
Higher Education;
work experience of at least one year in real estate sales;
driver's license (category B);
good computer skills (MS Office);
independence, initiative, internal discipline, communication;
persistence, desire to earn;
negotiation and presentation skills - orientation to results.
