Main duties and responsibilities:
- Analyze customer needs and provide them with appropriate solutions;
- Ensuring a high level of customer service;
- Participation in the formation of the company's strategy and plans for ensuring sales;
- Maintaining good relations with clients and partners;
- Conducting meetings with clients when delivering services to the B2B segment;
- Achieving set sales goals;
- Presentation and analysis of sales reports.
Requirements:
- Experience in the position of sales manager (at least 1 year, in a logistics company would be an advantage);
- Good strategic thinking and ability to work efficiently;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Organization, ability to manage and plan your time;
- Successful work experience working with B2B clients.
- Higher education (sales, transport management, etc.);
- English language skills;
- Good computer skills and clerical knowledge;
- category B driver's license;
