Sales Manager

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer needs and provide them with appropriate solutions;
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service;
  • Participation in the formation of the company's strategy and plans for ensuring sales;
  • Maintaining good relations with clients and partners;
  • Conducting meetings with clients when delivering services to the B2B segment;
  • Achieving set sales goals;
  • Presentation and analysis of sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the position of sales manager (at least 1 year, in a logistics company would be an advantage);
  • Good strategic thinking and ability to work efficiently;
  • Good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Organization, ability to manage and plan your time;
  • Successful work experience working with B2B clients.
  • Higher education (sales, transport management, etc.);
  • English language skills;
  • Good computer skills and clerical knowledge;
  • category B driver's license;
