- Sale of cleaning services in the Klaipėda region;
- Market monitoring and analysis;
- Communication and maintaining relations with existing clients;
- Presentation of services provided by the company, conducting negotiations;
- Preparation of commercial proposals, estimates and contracts;
- Systematization and administration of sales information and documents;
- Preparation of sales reports.
Employee requirements
- Higher/higher education;
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of active sales (in the field of sales of cleaning services - a big advantage);
- Good communication skills (knowing how to express thoughts fluently orally and in writing, being able to listen and hear);
- Ability to plan time and orientation to results;
- Ability to communicate and cooperate;
- Ability to negotiate and persuade;
- Good knowledge of spelling and language culture;
- Good computer skills (MS Office package: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel);
- Driver's license (B, mechanical g. d.);
- Responsibility, initiative, self-confidence, courage;
- Knowledge of Russian, English is an advantage.
