The company, which has been in existence for more than 20 years, provides professional service, offers competitive prices for goods and takes care of convenient and reliable collection of goods within a minimum period. Taking care of these key aspects ensures the company the highest positions in the market. The company is expanding its activities to the Polish market and invites an ambitious Sales Manager to join its team for work in Kaunas.

IN THIS HEADING:

  • You will be responsible for sales of car body parts in the Polish market, which currently accounts for 30 percent. company turnover;
  • You will work with the portfolio of existing clients, increasing the scope of cooperation, you will take care of maintaining long-term relations with clients;
  • Actively looking for new clients and opportunities for business development;
  • You will go on business trips, visit clients, participate in exhibitions;
  • You will be responsible for the organization, execution and control of sales.

THE COMPANY OFFERS:

  • Fixed salary of EUR 2,500 - EUR 3,300 before taxes and unlimited performance-based bonuses;

WE HOPE YOU:

  • Has successful international sales, export or business development experience (experience in the field of auto parts, transport is an advantage);
  • You have a good understanding of the structure of cars / have a general understanding of car repair;
  • You know Polish very well (knowledge of English is an advantage);
  • Has a driver's license (category B);
  • You are able to see opportunities for business development, establish and maintain business relationships with decision makers;
  • Characterized by quick reaction and quick decision-making;
  • You have a lot of motivation and tenacity to actively pursue your goals, you are result-oriented.

Salary

2500-3300 €/mon. gross
Unlimited bonuses based on results.
