Customer service specialist for the Polish market

Cafflike - The largest franchise network of self-service coffee stations in Europe. We currently have 200 operating stations in Lithuania, Latvia, Poland and Germany. We are founders and distributors of the franchise business model. By selling a franchise, we are not only selling a self-service coffee station, but also a proven profitable business.

We are ambitious, innovative and open to fresh innovative ideas. Therefore, we are looking for an energetic and stubborn reinforcement for the position of customer service specialist for the Polish market.

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for customer service. This role involves interacting with customers, understanding their needs and offering solutions and a problem-solving approach. A customer service professional must also ensure a long-term relationship with them.

To serve customers according to their needs and requests
Provide information about the company's products or services
Register and process customer orders
Resolve customer problems and conflicts
Ensure high quality and efficiency of the service
Communicate with other company departments regarding customer service issues
Prepare reports on the number of clients served and their needs

The main focus is on a high standard of service and customer satisfaction
A very good command of the Polish language (spoken and written) is REQUIRED;
Higher Education;
Work experience in the Polish market;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to work in a team and independently;
Organizational and time planning skills and orientation to the result;
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
Russian language skills (written and spoken);
Excellent computer skills;
Knowledge of CRM (customer relationship management) system.
