We are inviting a Sales Manager to join the growing team, who will work with niche perfumery and professional spa cosmetics brands.
Main responsibilities:
- Active search for new customers and visiting them;
- Execution of sales in the assigned region/city (Lithuanian market);
- Identification of customer needs and conducting negotiations;
- Preparation of commercial offers and coordination of contracts;
- Creation and development of relations with clients;
- Analysis of new sales channels, market monitoring;
- Initiation of new ideas and proposals.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of work experience in the field of B2B active sales (the advantage is in the market of beauty and hygiene products);
- Experience in conducting negotiations with clients;
- Activity, communication, responsibility, pursuit of results;
- Ability to work independently;
- Knowledge of English (level B2);
- Tangible achievements in active sales;
- Experience with CRM application (advantage).
