AB "Lietuvos veisininkystė" is currently strengthening its team and is looking for an active, successful sales manager(s) who has accumulated successful experience in the field of sales.
Nature of work:
- Finding new clients, working with existing clients, consulting, making offers to them;
- Market analysis and search for product sales channels/opportunities;
- Contact with selected potential sales partners, coordination of cooperation conditions, negotiations;
- Sales project management (coordination) from order receipt to implementation;
- Participation in marketing and sales promotion/implementation projects together with the team.
Requirements for candidates:
- Has at least two years of successful experience in sales, in the livestock sector - an advantage;
- Has acquired a higher/professional education in the field of animal husbandry, veterinary sciences;
- Is proactive, has excellent independent work and time planning skills;
- Able to establish relationships and build rapport with different people;
- Loves freedom, is responsible, diligent and results-oriented;
- Can boast of good English language skills, Russian is an advantage;
- Has a category B driver's license

- Basic salary from 1800 euros gross (salary depends on the candidate's experience and skills), and motivational bonuses for good results;

Salary
1500-2000 €/mon. net
The remuneration package consists of basic and variable parts and depends on the candidate's experience and skills and will be discussed individually during the interview.
