We are currently inviting a B2B SALES MANAGER to join our team in the field of sales of complex electrical equipment (power distribution cabinets, ABB low voltage complete blocks)!
We are currently inviting a B2B SALES MANAGER to join our team in the field of sales of complex electrical equipment (power distribution cabinets, ABB low voltage complete blocks)!
You will be responsible for:
- Active search for new, potential customers, sale of electricity distribution cabinets.
- Preparation of contracts, commercial offers.
- Conducting negotiations and visiting potential clients.
- Maintaining and developing relationships.
- Raise KPI execution.
- Compilation and filling of the database.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education (management, electrical engineering or engineering, technical education is a big advantage)
- You speak English and Russian.
- You are characterized by a strong orientation towards the result and quick reaction.
- You are proactive, active and communicative.
- You aim to work and earn according to a clear and fair incentive system that grows proportionally to the number of sales.
- You have a driver's license and the ability to use a private car.

- Selling a niche product that has no competitors in Lithuania.
- Possibility to combine your working time (30% of working time in the office, 30% when visiting clients, 40% at home).
