Nature of work
We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join UAB SOLVO LT (Brasa CrossFit sport club and MUNTO.LT e-store) team. Your work will be meaningful because you will communicate with all our important customers and you will directly depend on the quality of sales and customer service. You will be given the opportunity to be creative, share ideas and develop together with a friendly team.
In cooperation with other employees:
Place of work: Manufakturů g. 20, Vilnius
- Consulting and customer service, helping to choose sports services and goods based on customer needs.
- Sales and offers to current, former and potential customers.
- Administration and fulfillment of orders for services and goods.
- Pursue set goals.
- Other administrative and organizational work
In cooperation with other employees:
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the sports club and store.
- Prepare proposals for existing and potential customers.
- Creation of social media posts.
- Writing and administration of newsletters.
- Event Management.
- Carry out inventory of goods.
Place of work: Manufakturů g. 20, Vilnius
Employee requirements
- Sales and/or customer service experience.
- Communication skills with customers. You learn not only to speak, but also to listen.
- Independent, responsible, diligent and helpful.
- Oriented to achieve results.
- Computer skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Likes sports and/or active leisure time.
- Excellent Lithuanian language skills (oral and written)
- English language skills (oral and written)
