Our client is a Finnish company that creates sustainable and ergonomically designed furniture for offices, schools and homes. The Isku group, which works globally, has been building experience in Lithuania with private, business and public sector clients for 28 years. We are expanding strongly, so we are looking for a new team member - a sales manager:
Nature of work:
- Active sales;
- Analysis of customer requests, provision of commercial proposals;
- Visiting clients throughout Lithuania;
- Maintaining relations with customers, ensuring a great experience until the final installation of the product;
- Assortment analysis, presentation of innovations to customers;
- Cooperation with the team in projects and public procurement;
- Market Analysis;
- New client search.
Requirements:
- You are a communicative person with good communication skills;
- Independent, goal and result oriented;
- Able to fluently convey ideas both orally and in writing;
- Active, receptive to new information;
- Learning to analyze the client's needs and offer an effective solution;
- If you have experience in active sales - it would be an advantage;
- Higher education would be an advantage;
- Driver's license.

- Basic salary of 1200 - 1500 EUR/month after deduction of taxes and unlimited bonuses from sales results;
