Sales Manager

Currently, we are inviting a Sales Manager responsible for the sales of UAB "Maisto namai" products to join the team of UAB "LTK Food Group" Commercial Division.

"Maisto Namai" is a food production company operating in Panevėžys. The company's assortment includes both traditional Lithuanian dishes that reflect the country's culture and heritage, as well as international cuisine that satisfies lovers of various tastes. The products produced by "Maisto Namai" are successfully sold in retail and wholesale outlets, are recognized and loved by a wide range of customers.

In day-to-day activities, the Sales Manager will maintain close contact with existing retail and wholesale customers, in matters of the general "Maisto namai" range. They will also form offers and communicate with new, potential customers (companies). The place of work is in Vilnius.

Nature of work:

• Representation of the company and sales of represented products to Lithuanian and foreign customers;
  
• Preparation of commercial proposals and negotiations with clients;
  
• Constant communication with existing and search for new clients;
  
• Monitoring and analysis of sales results, strategy implementation;
  
• Active preparation and participation in food industry exhibitions and events in order to increase the company's visibility and develop business opportunities;
  
• Preparation of contracts and reports;
  
• Market and competitor analysis.

• Work experience in the field of sales;
  
• Experience in working with retail chains and Horeca customers is an advantage;
  
• Experience working in the food industry is an advantage;
  
• Ability to create and maintain relationships with clients;
  
• Knowledge of English at a level not lower than B1/B2;
  
• Category B driver's license.

2400-2800 €/mon. gross
A monthly, quarterly motivational system is applied.
