YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IF YOU ARE WILLING AND ABLE TO WORK WITH:
- Existing and planned multi-apartment housing sales projects;
- Keeping in touch with existing and future customers, responding to their needs;
- Preparation of sales contracts, the process of administration of documents for the housing being sold;
- Housing sale marketing and marketing issues.
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF:
- You have 1+ years of work experience in the field of B2C sales (NT field - a big advantage);
- You are able to work with project sales processes;
- You know the advertising nuances of the sales process in the field of real estate;
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- You are empathetic to customers and results-oriented.
- You speak English and Russian.
