We invite an active seller to join the team, who will sell CARGLASS® car glass repair, replacement and smart system tuning services to business customers. The main goal is to establish relationships with potential and develop existing relationships with B2B customers in Lithuania.

- You will be the ambassador of the CARGLASS® brand to B2B customers in Lithuania, representing the company and selling its products and services;
- You will develop relationships and communicate effectively in B2B: physical and remote meetings, organize presentations and trainings related to the company's products and services;
- Prepare and present commercial offers, participate in negotiations, be responsible for signing and administering B2B contracts;
- You will work closely with colleagues in the operations department to create the best experience for our customers.
- I participated in solving complex and non-standard situations related to B2B customer service;
We are waiting for your resume and motivation letter if you:
- Has a higher education;
- Has at least 3 years of successful sales experience with B2B clients
- You are interested in innovative technologies of the auto industry;
- You have excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills, you are active and result-oriented;
- PowerPoint, Excel, Word are well-known work tools;
- Has a category B driver's license;
- You are a team player and feel comfortable communicating, both internally and externally, with decision makers at different levels in organizations;
- Able to communicate clearly, structured and professionally;
- Learn to work independently and take responsibility;
- You communicate/write fluently in Lithuanian and English. Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.
