Nature of work
- Active search for new customers in Lithuania and abroad from "cold" call to visit (B2B);
- Finding out the customer's needs and selecting the product;
- Implementation of established sales plans and reporting to the direct manager;
- Maintaining and developing business relations with existing clients;
- Monitoring the target market and providing feedback and suggestions to the line manager.
Employee requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience in active sales (experience in the field of packaging is a big advantage);
- Higher or higher education;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Foreign language skills: good command of spoken and written English;
- Perseverance and result orientation, good communication skills;
- Self-control, positivity and desire to learn and improve;
- Ability to work individually and in team communication;
- Driver's licence B category).
