Sales manager

Sale of products intended for dairy farms (combined feed, various supplements and other additives), finding out the customer's needs and adapting the appropriate production to their needs;
Finding new customers and working with existing farms to help solve various situations;
Visiting customers (farmers and companies), maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers;
Preparation of commercial proposals and control of settlements.

You have experience in agricultural activities (but it is not necessary);
You understand what the sales process is and how important a long-term, sustainable, trust-based relationship with the client is;
You are honest, you are able to make decisions, you understand how important it is to react quickly to the customer's problems;
You are not afraid of getting dirty and you are not sensitive to farm smells;
You want to improve, you are open to a dynamic environment.
