Sales manager in Vilnius

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join the sales team at the Tele2 showroom in Vilnius. You will be the face of Tele2 and a spreader of smart ideas - a person on whom the company's results and customer satisfaction will directly depend. You will have a great space to show that you are the toughest salesman and deepen your knowledge of mobile technology trends. We have a lot of action, we promise - it won't be boring!

We hope you will be interested in:

• advise customers in the salon and answer their questions regarding available Tele2 services and products;
• sell Tele2 services and products both directly and by communicating with existing customers by phone;
• educate customers and ensure that they keep pace with telecommunications innovations;
• maintain order and cleanliness in the salon, carry out inventory of goods.

We hope that you:

• you have sales and/or customer service experience, you like it and are successful (sales experience in the field of telecommunications is an advantage);
• you are interested in technology and trends in the telecommunications market;
• you willingly take personal responsibility for the tasks assigned to you;
• has excellent Lithuanian language skills (oral and written).

Salary "Without a ceiling"!

The first 3 months a reward of at least 1500 EUR (before taxes) is paid, after 3 months the reward is 1200 EUR or 1500 EUR (before taxes) and more. The amount paid depends on the work results achieved by the employee. Those who work from the shoulder earn 4900 EUR (before taxes) and more.
