Sales Manager (s)

Serving existing and new company customers;
Customer order management and administration;
Cooperation with colleagues and clients in solving everyday situations;
Consultation of clients' daily needs by telephone and e-mail;
Monitoring and improving customer satisfaction indicators.

Successful experience of similar work;
English or Russian knowledge (advantage);
Customer orientation, persuasiveness, persistence and responsibility;
Excellent communication and customer service skills;
Ability to organize one's activities both in a team and independently;
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office suite).
