Nature of work:
- Searching for new customers after detailed training of the services sold;
- Sales area services: completion of construction (delivering buildings/houses); building measurements, geodesy, territorial planning;
- Professionally represent the company and its services;
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing clients and new clients;
- Analyze customer requests and prepare commercial offers for customers;
- Preparation and coordination of commercial offers;
- Management of negotiations;
- Collection of documents required for the service from customers and their placement in the CRM program during sales registration;
- Communication with colleagues and clients or their representatives;
- Prepare weekly reports and present them to the company manager.

Employee requirements
Requirements:
- Higher Education;
- Big burning eyes;
- Work experience from 3 years (preferably in the field of sales);
- Driver's license (category B);
- Be able to communicate with clients and explain the specifics, situation and problems of the service performed.
- Ability to solve problems;
- Orientation to the result;
- Good time planning skills;
- Be able to work independently and in a team.

Salary payment procedure:
Salary payment procedure:
- Fixed part: €1200/month. "hands-on" salary depends on the ability to perform the work, which we will determine in the first weeks of work;
- Variable part: 7% of turnover (results).
- And bonuses based on quarterly results.
