Customer service: Provide high-quality services to existing and potential customers, answer their inquiries, advise on the services provided by the company.
Ensure smooth and effective communication in order to maintain positive relationships with customers and promote long-term cooperation.
Data processing: Accurate and timely data entry into company databases. This includes entering, updating and maintaining customer orders, as well as data analysis and reporting to help optimize sales processes and decision making.

Employee requirements
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English;
Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills;
Work experience in the transport sector (trucks would be an advantage);
Knowledge of logistics processes and applicable regulations is essential to be able to effectively communicate with customers and resolve transportation related issues;
Computer literacy skills.
