- Execution of sales plans B2B;
- Active attraction of new customers;
- Creating long-term business relationships with clients;
- Communicating with clients, consulting on issues of provided services;
- Elucidation of customer needs and efficient solution of the issues;
- Identification and adaptation of customer needs according to their type;
Employee requirements
- Higher Education
- Good knowledge of RUSSIAN and Lithuanian is necessary. knowledge (another language is a big advantage);
- Experience in the field of customer service or logistics (advantage);
- Ability to quickly make decisions;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
