Nature of work
- Efficient organization of store activities;
- Organizing and controlling the work of the shop staff (7-8 employees);
- Organization and provision of store customer service according to the company's customer service standard;
- Solving supply, advertising, and sales problems arising in the store's operations;
- Supervision and control of the store's economic activities;
- Preparation of documentation and reports.
Employee requirements
- Higher Education;
- At least 2 years of retail experience;
- Experience of supervised work;
- Responsibility, orientation to the result, ability to think strategically and make quick decisions;
- Ability to take responsibility for own and team results;
- Ability to work with MS Office programs, knowledge of clerical work;
- Good Lithuanian language. knowledge, ability to communicate in Russian;
- Driver's license.
