Deputy manager of the HalfPrice store

👗 support the store manager in achieving sales and other set goals;
👗 participate in team management (recruitment, motivation, delegation, evaluation, training and development)
👗 properly organize and plan the team's working time in such a way as to ensure the completion of all tasks
👗 take care of the handling and placement of goods according to the expected standards
👗 ensure compliance with internal procedures
👗 properly administer store documentation (sales, personnel, finance)
👗 to help the manager implement the inventory process
👗 create and maintain relationships with business partners (Sales, HR, Marketing, Security and loss prevention departments)

👕 you have retail management experience (1-2 years)
👕 you are a result-oriented and goal-oriented person
👕 you are able to analyze sales results
👕 you have very good organizational and planning skills
👕 you know how to motivate and develop a team
👕 you communicate effectively and understand how to create an appropriate work culture
👕 you have experience in the field of fashion and managed a team of at least 10 employees
👕 knowledge of English and/or Polish (B1-B2)
