You will be responsible for:
- organization of the work of store employees;
- selection of employees, handling of admission, dismissal and other personnel documents;
- creation of work schedules and control of implementation;
- organization of the store's economic activity;
- organization of the store's work in the absence of the store's director.
We appreciate your:
- motivation and stubbornness;
- work experience in trade;
- the possibility to work with a flexible work schedule (4 working days/4 days off) from 08:00 to 20:00;
- no lower than higher education (advantage - in the field of trade);
- good computer skills (MS Office);
- the ability to organize the work of a group of employees;
- conflict management skills;
- initiative, organization to achieve goals, responsibility, communication.
