We are looking for a store manager to join our team!
Nature of work:
- Organization of shop work according to business needs
- Making proposals to increase sales, initiating new projects and ensuring their implementation
- Impeccable customer service, both face-to-face and remote
- Recruiting, training, motivating team members, creating a good atmosphere, mutual trust and teamwork in the store
- Maintaining a high result of KPI indicators
