We are looking for a store manager to join our team!
Nature of work:
- Active communication and sales to customers (live, by phone, e-mail, video consultations)
- Presentation and sale of electronic products, additional service benefits, and best solutions
- Maintenance of the trading place, working with the cash register, receiving goods and preparing them for trade
- Effective organization of store employees' work (task delegation, distribution, control)
- Education and motivation of subordinate employees
- Managing retail performance and ensuring positive customer experiences
- Making suggestions for improving the department's performance
Requirements:
- Higher or higher education (in the field of management, economics)
- Experience of managing a team in the field of trade (retail - an advantage)
- Leadership, planning and organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office suite)
- Enthusiasm and results orientation
- Ability to see and propose new opportunities
