NATURE OF WORK
- Implementation of sales plans, ensuring the quality of customer service and the achievement of other set goals

REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education and similar work experience
- Knowledge of trade processes and food product quality and hygiene standards
- Good computer skills
- Orientation to high quality customer service
- Excellent personnel management skills: ability to select employees, develop them and assemble a team, set individual and team goals for employees
- Excellent planning, organization and control skills
- Positivity, the ability to inspire the team, the ability to recognize and evaluate the efforts and achievements of employees
