Responsibilities in this position:
- Implementation of sales plans - we hope that achieving goals gives you excitement;
- Analysis of financial indicators, completion of monthly documentation;
- Pleasant salon customer service;
- Team management, support, motivation - the team needs a leader!
- Compliance and monitoring of quality standards, continuous improvement;
- Creation of work schedules, control of the economic activity of the salon, maintenance - we call our salons wool houses, and we want to keep them like that.

Place of work: 21 Tiltų str., Klaipėda
Salon working hours: I-F 10 a.m.-7 p.m., VI 10 a.m.-5 p.m., VII non-working day.
