Main Responsibilities:

  • Achievement and implementation of established company plans;

  • Ensuring a high customer service culture in the store;
  • Active sales of goods in order to achieve the best possible results;
  • Ensuring proper product presentation, attractive store image;
  • Management of documents related to the department's activities;
  • Working with a cash register and computer;

We believe you are a sales-oriented, open-minded and ambitious team player. You have the following qualities and abilities:

  • You are able to set priorities and plan long-term and short-term actions in order to achieve better *team formation, personnel and work organization;
  • You are communicative, helpful, positive;
  • You are interested in fashion and have a sense of style;
  • Knowledge of foreign languages (Russian, English) would be an advantage;
  • Successful experience as a retail store manager (advantage).
