We are currently looking for a Partner Services Quality Controller in Vilnius to join our team. This person will be responsible for quality control and supervision of the services of transport claims partners (auto repair shops, etc.).

What will your working day look like?

• I will inspect car repair shops throughout Lithuania to ensure the quality of their services
  
• You will check the actual status of completed or ongoing repairs (for the purpose of fraud prevention, etc.)
  
• I control the processes of vehicle repair queues, supply of auto parts, assembly of replaced auto parts
  
• You will oversee the process of providing a replacement car
  
• You will ensure the entry and maintenance of the technical data of car service centers into the systems
  
• You will manage and solve customer complaints about the quality of car service services, solve repair quality incidents
  
• Cooperate with colleagues, you will analyze their insights, proposals regarding the activities of partners
  
• Initiate and/or participate in the introduction of innovations, changes and innovations in the supervised area
  
• I participated in the preparation of methodological and other normative materials on issues related to the activities of partners
