Becoming a part of BTA, you will like uswe will:

• Develop partnership projects with banks, leasing, dealers and other strategic partners;
• Actively look for new business partners, conduct negotiations and look for the most suitable solutions;
• Coordinate the sales and service process through the channel of partners by providing proposals to support more efficient operations, ensure sales results, and increase the motivation of partners;
• Create and maintain mutual long-term cooperation with partners;
• To help partners and their clients solve difficult situations that have arisen regarding the services provided by BTA, accounting and other issues.

• You are able to provide high-quality customer service and create long-term relationships with partners;

• Has experience with insurance sales, but is more interested in office work;
• You are focused on results;
• Can communicate in Lithuanian and English both in writing and orally;
• Has a category B driver's license and own car.

Reward system:

From 1800 - 2300 €/month. fixed monthly remuneration;
Monthly supplement of up to 45% of fixed remuneration;
Quarterly bonus of up to 150% of fixed remuneration;
Annual bonus of up to 60% of fixed remuneration.
