The service department in the newly reconstructed spaces of the TV tower will be responsible for high-quality customer service, administration of requests (by phone, e-mail, social networks), sale of tickets, souvenir events, service and cleanliness of apartments, accompanying customers to extreme tower services and quality assurance.
We will trust you:
- Planning and distribution of tasks to team members and supervision of their execution;
- Compilation of work schedules and evaluation of employees' performance;
- Planning, organization and control of department work processes;
- Training and motivating the team in order to improve its competences;
- Conclusion of contracts with suppliers and enforcement;
- Efficient and cultured customer service, including orders and reservations;
- Customer service and solving "acute" situations;
- Searching for opportunities for performance improvement.
What do we expect?
- Higher education;
- Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English (at least B2 level);
- At least 2 years of managerial work experience in the field of customer service;
- Understanding and application of the highest quality standards of hospitality sector services;
- Analytical abilities and decision-making skills;
- Innovativeness, responsibility and ability to promptly solve problems.
What do we offer?
- Salary 2500-3000 EUR/month. before taxes and a variable portion of up to 30 percent, which would depend on the division's performance. The specific salary is offered taking into account your experience and competence.
