The Kaunas branch of Caverion Lietuva's construction management services business is responsible for ensuring the management and administration of construction management and maintenance of technical engineering systems (heating, water supply, sewage, electricity, weak currents, structures, ventilation and air conditioning, etc.) in the region.
Daily challenges:
- constant monitoring of the condition of supervised objects, recording of defects, preparation of offers
- prompt response to emerging situations, timely elimination of observed faults or problems and ensuring prevention
- performing technical maintenance
- quality control of the technical preventive maintenance works of the engineering systems of the supervised buildings
- delving into the energy economy of buildings, preparing proposals for its optimization
Requirements:
- technical engineering education (in the fields of automation, HVAC, construction, or electrical engineering)
- driver's license
