Your responsibilities:
- maintenance and administration of multi-apartment residential buildings;
- communication with clients/household residents;
- sale of services to communities and residents;
- ensuring the implementation of mandatory regulatory building maintenance requirements;
We hope you:
- you have obtained a higher technical/engineering/management education (advantage). If not, our team of engineers will always help you;
- has excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- able to work effectively with MS Office programs;
- independence and initiative - your strength;
- has a category B driver's license;
- Experience in similar work is an advantage.
