Currently, we are inviting a building administration manager to join the Civinity group of companies to work with buildings in the residential sector and their residents, serviced territory - New Vilnius.

Nature of work

  • Management of apartment buildings: you will assess the condition of the houses under administration, determine the need for repairs, take care of maintenance and initiate and coordinate changes;
  • Customer service and consulting: you will communicate with residents, house representatives, community chairmen, organize surveys and meetings with residents and state institutions;
  • Consulting residents on issues of administration and maintenance of apartment buildings;
  • Filling in the mandatory documentation of administered home care;
  • Preparation of activity reports.

We hope you:

  • You have obtained a higher education;
  • You have experience in customer service or sales;
  • You can boast of excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • You have clerical and document preparation experience;
  • You have a driver's license (category B) and your own car (advantage).
