Your responsibilities:

maintenance of multi-apartment residential buildings;
communication with customers / residents;
sale of services to communities and residents;
Ensuring the implementation of mandatory regulatory requirements for the maintenance of the building.

you have a higher technical / engineering / management education;
you have excellent communication and negotiation skills;
you are able to work effectively with MS Office programs (Excel is very good);
independence and initiative - your strength;
you have a driving license.

Salary

1600-2455 €/mon. gross
The remuneration consists of a basic part (1000 Eur in the hands) and supplements for personal work results, according to the motivation system.
