Your responsibilities:
- maintenance of multi-apartment residential buildings;
- communication with customers / residents;
- sale of services to communities and residents;
- Ensuring the implementation of mandatory regulatory requirements for the maintenance of the building.
We hope you:
- you have obtained a higher technical/engineering/management education;
- you have excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- you are able to work efficiently with MS Office programs (Excel is very good);
- independence and initiative - your strength;
- you have a driver's license.
Experience in similar work is an advantage.

Salary
1600-2455 €/mon. gross
The remuneration consists of a basic part (1000 Eur in the hands) and supplements for personal work results, according to the motivation system.
