Nature of work
You are waiting for work with newly built apartment buildings and their residents:
- Administration of multi-apartment houses: you will assess the condition of the houses under administration, determine the need for repairs and initiate and coordinate changes;
- Customer service and consulting: you will communicate with the presidents of associations, organize surveys and meetings with residents and state institutions;
- Advising residents on issues of administration and maintenance of multi-apartment buildings;
- Completion of mandatory documentation of administered home care;
- Preparation of activity reports.
We hope you:
- You have obtained higher education;
- You have experience in customer service or sales;
- You can boast of excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- You have clerical and document preparation experience;
- You have a driver's license (category B) and your own car (advantage).
