Nature of work

  • maintenance and administration of multi-apartment buildings and other purpose-built buildings
  • organization of maintenance work;
  • communication with existing clients;
  • planning and organizing necessary repair works
  • organization of home repair works and service procurement procedures
  • conclusion of contracts with suppliers, control of contract execution
  • organization of procurement of repair works (through the CPO system.)
  • convening meetings, organizing written votes
  • performance of other administrative and organizational tasks

Employee requirements

  • experience of the same or similar work is necessary;
  • computer skills (ms office and other programs);
  • knowledge of clerical rules;
  • excellent public speaking skills;
  • organizational capacity;
  • ability to communicate and work in a team;
  • responsibility, initiative and attention to details;
  • independence and quick orientation in unexpected situations.
