Your responsibilities:
- maintenance of multi-apartment residential buildings;
- communication with customers/household residents;
- sale of services to communities and residents;
- ensuring the implementation of the mandatory regulatory requirements for building maintenance.
We hope you:
- you have obtained a higher education;
- you have excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- you are able to work efficiently with MS Office programs;
- independence and initiative - your strength;
- you have successful work experience in the field of sales and management (at least 1 year);
- you are communicative, excellent eloquence;
- you have good management skills and are receptive to innovation;
- you drive a car and can use it for work purposes.

The basic salary is 2150-2280Eur (before taxes) + monthly bonuses, the average of which reaches up to 2500+ Eur (before taxes), and the amount is unlimited, depending on the available competences, achieved results and motivation!
