What responsibilities will we entrust to:
- ensure management and operation supervision of commercial buildings (business centers, commercial warehouses) - set directions and formulate tasks for service providers;
- actively visit facilities (Kaunas, Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn), solve operational tasks with clients or building maintenance service providers;
- actively cooperate with service providers, carry out purchases and organize tenders or conclusion of contracts;
- manage and control the building maintenance and operation budget;
- perform performance analysis and monitor approved KPIs;
- to provide ideas and implement activity efficiency initiatives;
- to be responsible for BREEM auditing/re-auditing;
- implement and support ESG practices, creating a long-term sustainability advantage.
We believe that you:
- you have obtained a higher education in engineering or related fields;
- has at least several years of work experience in the field of building maintenance;
- able to communicate freely (written and spoken) in English and Russian;
- able to quickly organize work, has excellent time and work planning skills;
- is characterized by a strong orientation towards the result;
- able to work both independently and with partners;
- has the opportunity to go on short-term business trips.
