You will take care of:

  • Maintenance and periodic inspection of the commercial facility's engineering systems maintained by the company;
  • Determining defects in building structures;
  • Identification of defects in the engineering systems of the building;
  • Analysis of failures of engineering systems and their prevention;
  • Carrying out periodical and extraordinary inspections of buildings.

We hope that:

  • You understand the working principles of engineering systems (ventilation, heating, electricity, etc.);
  • You have a technical education;
  • You have similar work experience with building engineering systems;
  • You are able to identify the causes of failure of engineering systems and take preventive measures;
  • You work well with a computer;
  • You understand and read technical drawings;
  • You have a valid driver's license;
  • You are independent, responsible and organized;
  • You want to improve and contribute to the company's success.
