Building maintenance specialist

And this is just the beginning, because we are constantly growing and we are currently inviting a Building Maintenance Specialist to join the team of Lidl's building maintenance department at the Head Office in Vilnius.



Nature of work

• Administration of building failures and organization of repairs (work with the internal system)
• Communication with partners, contractors and store staff
• Verification of accounts and preparation of necessary reports
• Keeping stores in good technical condition and ensuring failure prevention
• Implementation of new solutions in stores

Requirements for the candidate

• Similar work experience is an advantage
• Good knowledge of English or German is an advantage
• Analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to process a large amount of information
• Ability to make decisions independently and promptly, initiative
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
