Tavo atsakomybės bus šios:
- Daily maintenance and service of the largest park of office buildings in Vilnius (together with reliable partners and service team);
- Work with real estate management systems, application of new technologies in building management;
- Ensuring the quality of customer satisfaction, maintenance services and collecting customer feedback;
- Budgeting, investment planning and cost control;
- Management of small projects related to buildings;
- Control of emergency situations that have occurred.
Perfect for this position if:
- Has experience in building administration or coordinating their maintenance;
- You have acquired a technical education or you have already had to successfully solve technical issues of buildings;
- Able to communicate fluently (written and spoken) in English;
- Has good problem-solving, managerial skills and attention to quality;
- Has excellent communication, organizational and time planning skills;
- You are focused on "Five Star" customer service;
- Knows how to set priorities and combine several tasks at the same time.
